Yes, all our apartments have high-quality air conditioning devices and their use is included in the price of the apartment.

Yes, all our apartments have a direct sea view. The apartment situated on the ground floor also has a view of the mediterranean garden in front.
Yes, all apartments have at least one terrace. Orange apartment has one very big terrace (20 m2) and Olive apartment has two smaller terraces (5 m2 and 7 m2). The bigger terrace of the Olive apartment has direct access to the garden.
Yes, there is barbecue in the garden and you are welcome to use it whenever you like. Please bear in mind that you need to provide your own charcoal.
We have a covered, private parking place just behind the house. It is GRATIS for our guests.
Absolutely no. There are no heavy traffic roads near.

About the apartment facilities

Of course! The bed linen, the towels and toilet paper are all included in the price. We normally leave our guests 2 towels per person (one big and one small), but if you need more, just ask!
We understand that for guests travelling by plane, the space in your luggage, just let us now! We will give you beach towels during your stay so that you can travel more comfortably.

About the beach

The beach is situated right in front of the house, less than 1 minute walk. No, you don’t need to cross any road to get to the beach.
The beach is pebbly and very cozy. It’s approximately 20 meters long and there are both sunny and shady parts of the beach.
Yes, it’s totally suitable for small children: the entrance to the sea is graded so there is shallow water for toddlers and smaller children to play in. The sea is very calm, there are no big waves and strong wind since Sparadici are situated in a bay.

About the price and payment

Yes, tourist taxes (1€/day for adults and 0,50 € for children under 14) are included in the price.
Yes, it’s necessary to pay aprox. 30% of the total price to book the apartment.

If, for whatever the reason, you have to cancel your holiday we will reimburse you:
– 100% if you cancel 30 days before your arrival
– 50% if you cancel 15 days before your arrival

About Sparadici

You have several shopping options, depending on your needs

There are 2 mobile shops that stop right in front of the house, every morning at 8 and at 11 am. Both of them offer fresh bakery products (bread, croissants, cookies), dairy products (yoghurts, milk etc.), juices, bottled water etc.

For larger shopping you can go to the nearby village Grebastica (3 mins by car) where you have small, but very well equipped shops. Here you can buy meat, fruits, vegetables, basic cosmetics, etc.

If you need to do a larger shopping, you can visit several shopping malls situated at the entrance to Sibenik, such as Lidl, Kaufland, Konzum, Plodine etc. In Dalmare shopping centre (www.dalmare.hr) you can also find clothes, shoes, cosmetics, sports gadgets etc.  All these big shopping malls are situated 15 min by car from the house.

Yes, you have 2 bars and 1 restaurant.  All of them are situated right on the beach. The first bar & restaurant is just 1 minute walk from the house. They have basic meat and seafood. You can reach the other beach bar (Noa bar) after a nice, relaxing 10 min walk along the sea coast. Both bars also offer ice-cream.

In Sparadici there are no organised sports activities for children or adults, but you have several very interesting options around Sparadici:

  • In the nearby village of Grebastica  (3 min by car)  you can rent a paddle boat. Children love it!
  • In the Solaris Beach Resort (15  min by car)you have a big, very exciting water park for kids: http://www.aquapark-dalmatia.com/
  • In Primosten town (15 min by car) there are many beach activities  and beach playgrounds for children.
